Today was a real shock because I actually felt cultured by the time I figured I would go to bed. Before Rosemary’s terrifying ass trip I watched 50/50, and I loved every single bit of it. You can’t show me a movie with better casting. Plus Seth Rogan was hilarious the entire 2:13:00. Also, early easter egg: I cried. P.S When Joseph Levit reached critical mass in his friends car going the wrong way on a one way, that’s when the tears just decided to show up. And not ever leave. View Larger

So I just finished watching Rosemary’s Baby, as part of my quest to watch all the movies listed in this book “100 essential films”, and my god it’s terrifying. I won’t spoil any of it in case any of you see it but I will say that at a certain point in this movie I was talking to myself and screamed when the pieces were revealed. High pitched. But manly.
